Pre-orders can not be cancelled per our policy and the nature of tcg products.

Product is brand new.  Minor imperfections in shrink wrap and/or product packaging may occur; this does not qualify as damaged for a replacement.

Any issues related to mispacks, misprints or other manufacturing issues must be resolved by contacting the manufacturer’s company directly.
